By downloading, installing, or using any Anthem Labs application or visiting anthemlabs.studio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Use of Services
You may use our apps and services for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these terms and all applicable laws. You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to extract the source code of our applications; use our services to transmit harmful, unlawful, or abusive content; or interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of our services.
3. Purchases and Subscriptions
Some of our apps offer in-app purchases or subscriptions processed through Apple's App Store or Google Play. All billing, refunds, and subscription management are handled by those platforms under their respective terms. We do not process or store payment information directly.
4. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, and materials within our apps and website are the property of Anthem Labs and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on our products without our express written permission.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Anthem Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or profits, arising from your use of or inability to use our services, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida.
